Payment Options

Our billing system updates at 5:00pm on normal business days. Therefore, all payments regardless of method of payment, must be made by 4:59pm in order to avoid incurring a late charge or cutoff fee.

Night Drop Box

You may drop off payments in our night drop located below the drive thru window. Please include stub with your check or money order. DO NOT drop cash in this box.

Automatic Bank Draft

Contact our office during normal business hours for information on setting up automatic payments on your account.

Online Bill Pay

(Pop-ups must be allowed for the Online Bill Pay site in order to receive important information regarding your account.)

Online payments are accepted through our Online Bill Pay System. The Online Bill Pay System may be accessed through the link below and is the only online payment option approved by Nueces WSC. A non-refundable $3.50 convenience fee will be charged on credit card payments. Your credit card will be charged two separate transactions - one to Nueces WSC for the amount of your water bill payment and another to Bankcard Associates for the $3.50 convenience fee.

You may still continue to make payments by cash, check, cashier's check or money order without incurring a convenience charge.

Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. (We do not accept American Express.)

Click below to access Online Bill Pay. You will need to register your account by entering your account number and tenant number. The account number is the first three or four digits before the period. The tenant number is the last two digits, usually 97 or 98. For example, if your bill shows account number "5555.00 98" enter account number 5555 and tenant number 98.

Note: Some customers who have Windows 8 are experiencing issues when attempting to utilize the Online Bill Pay application. Customers are receiving an error message stating: "The system cannot find the file specified." This is a compatibility issue with Internet Explorer 10. To resolve this issue, please follow these simple steps to fully utilize the Online Bill Pay site for your payments:

1. Right click on the top bar within IE10 and check "Menu bar"
2. Click on "tools" --> compatibility view settings
3. Check "display all websites in compatibility mode" or just click on add to add a certain site to be viewed in compatibility mode.
